Description

  • Partner with customers to support the evolution, execution, and adoption of AI initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into well-designed, high-performing AI agents.
  • Lead delivery across multiple concurrent, complex agentic projects.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and go-to-market teams to define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents.
  • Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Shape agent behavior using conversational design, product intuition, and performance data.
  • Identify data-driven action items and iterate to improve customer outcomes and internal decision-making.
  • Support alignment and momentum across cross-functional workstreams in demanding environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • MBA or similar experience combining technology and business operations is a notable advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
  • Experience rallying cross-functional teams to deliver in demanding environments.
  • Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, product management, and engineering workflows.
  • Technical depth to work effectively with engineers and product managers, even without writing code daily.
  • Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy.
  • Practical understanding of deploying AI solutions that serve real customers at scale.
  • Ability to use performance data to identify issues, mitigate risks, and improve outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
