Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality applications and microservices.
  • Own the backend architecture and coding standards for the project.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and client teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews.
  • Mentor other developers and share technical knowledge.
  • Debug and optimize existing software for performance and reliability.
  • Balance delivery speed with technical excellence.
  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and high performance in the product.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience specifically in Java, including Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Strong general backend development knowledge.
  • Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of Docker and experience working in Azure environments.
  • Familiarity with modern TypeScript standards and frontend frameworks; Vue.js is preferred, and React or Angular experience is welcome.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and web tokens such as JWT.
  • Senior-level architectural thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • AI proficiency and a demonstrated ability to learn new languages quickly are valued.
