Description

  • Manage unassigned customer accounts by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Respond to customer and partner inquiries via email, phone, and chat with timely, professional resolutions.
  • Coordinate with sales and partnership teammates to ensure assigned customer or partner issues are resolved quickly.
  • Support partners with POS, commission, and inventory reports, including troubleshooting and guidance.
  • Track, process, and follow up on invoices and payments to support timely collection and outstanding balance resolution.
  • Provide accurate shipping information to customers and partners and support order fulfillment compliance.
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences, trade shows, and Soracom-hosted events, including vendor communication, travel, and on-site support.
  • Enter and route partner registrations and referred leads efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and resolve errors in quotes, contracts, orders, and Salesforce data before they affect customers or internal teams.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of customer service or account management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Slack.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with invoicing tools and shipping logistics platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with order fulfillment and logistics processes is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve errors in quotes, contracts, orders, and Salesforce data.
  • Spanish language ability is a plus.
  • Experience working with partners during the sales cycle is a plus.
  • Fully remote work, based in the US Mountain or Central time zones.
