Description

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound phone and email prospecting.
  • Work with marketing to qualify inbound leads.
  • Use Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to qualify and track leads.
  • Uncover prospect needs, build interest, and route qualified prospects to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Manage lead flow and follow prospecting sequences across phone calls and emails.
  • Track qualified leads through sales acceptance in Salesforce.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and other Customer Engagement Specialists to gather lead lists and execute territory-based prospecting campaigns.
  • Demonstrate Soracom’s leadership principles in day-to-day work.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and excellent writing skills.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to grasp basic technical concepts.
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
  • Ability to connect effectively with prospects by phone and video conferencing.
  • Autonomous, driven, positive, and enthusiastic work style.
  • Ability to work from home with a dedicated, quiet workspace.
  • Ability to thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.
  • Willingness to use AI tools such as Claude, Google Gemini, or ChatGPT to improve productivity and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to learn and adapt through coaching.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and/or ZoomInfo preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of servers, networking, and AWS services preferred.
  • Previous exposure to Slack preferred.
  • Experience with partnership models and stakeholder types is a plus.
  • WFH experience is a plus.
  • Spanish language skills are a bonus.
