Description

  • Lead and manage high-priority cross-functional GTM initiatives that span multiple functions, including market expansion plans and launch efforts.
  • Organize, facilitate, and follow up on weekly leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, annual GTM planning sessions, and other operating cadences.
  • Establish and continuously optimize the operating rhythm across Marketing, Sales, and Product within the first 60 days.
  • Serve as a connector between Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and finance to align metrics, forecasting, and resource allocation with GTM goals.
  • Draft executive communications, board presentations, keynote materials, and internal updates for GTM leadership.
  • Act as a proxy and sounding board for the CMO in discovery calls, tracking meetings, and strategic alignment sessions when needed.
  • Work with product managers and project managers to drive high-quality, high-revenue-impact product launches.
  • Support alignment and execution across Marketing and Sales for sales plays and other motions that convert campaigns into revenue.
  • Manage agenda prioritization, distill key updates, and drive action items to closure to increase executive efficiency.
  • Deliver clear communication assets such as all-hands updates, board updates, and company-wide announcements on behalf of GTM leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of total experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy/Operations, Sales Ops, or Management Consulting role.
  • Deep understanding of software GTM models, pipeline mechanics, sales stages, CAC, and marketing conversion funnels.
  • Proven ability to move complex, ambiguous projects from ideation to execution.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to work across functions without direct authority.
  • Elite slide-building, presentation design, and executive communication skills.
  • Strong ability to turn raw data into strategic narratives.
  • Experience in cross-functional GTM, strategy, or operations work is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate corporate dynamics and collaborate effectively with senior leaders.
  • Hands-on, highly organized, and able to operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
