Description

  • Own a revenue pipeline with 30–40+ active opportunities and manage deal progression end to end.
  • Convert long-cycle enterprise evaluations into shorter, 30-day transactions by identifying urgent business drivers.
  • Partner with SDRs to map Tier 1 accounts and execute a focused hunter strategy.
  • Navigate complex security, legal, and procurement processes to keep deals moving.
  • Use AI and modern sales tools to streamline research, personalization, and execution.
  • Engage developers, decision-makers, and procurement stakeholders across industries and company sizes.
  • Influence the direction and processes of the Sales Team and broader organization as the company grows.
  • Drive adoption of Sonar’s code quality and AI code verification products across the customer base.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling technical solutions into large or global companies.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder maps in enterprise sales.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced inside sales environment.
  • Comfort closing deals across a range of sizes, from $50k to $500k.
  • Strong pipeline management and conversion-ratio discipline.
  • High-activity sales cadence with strong operational rigor.
  • A closer mindset with the ability to disqualify slow-moving leads.
  • Advanced use of AI and modern sales technology to increase speed and leverage.
  • Experience managing both shorter and longer sales motions without losing momentum.
