Description

  • Own a revenue engine by managing 30–40+ active opportunities and using SDR support effectively.
  • Turn long-cycle enterprise evaluations into faster 30-day transactions by identifying urgent business drivers.
  • Collaborate with an SDR to map Tier 1 accounts and execute a targeted hunter strategy.
  • Navigate security, legal, and procurement hurdles to keep deals moving through the pipeline.
  • Use AI and modern sales tools to streamline research, personalization, and enterprise selling.
  • Engage developers, decision-makers, and procurement stakeholders across multiple industries and company sizes.
  • Expand customer adoption and grow Sonar’s customer base through value-driven selling.
  • Influence the direction of the Sales Team and broader organization as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling technical solutions into large or global companies.
  • Proven success navigating complex stakeholder maps and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced inside sales environment.
  • Ability to close deals ranging from $50k to $500k while managing multiple motions at once.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline math, conversion ratios, and high-activity sales execution.
  • Resilient closer mindset with the confidence to disqualify slow-moving leads.
  • Advanced use of AI and modern sales technology to increase speed and efficiency.
  • Experience working with security and legal processes in enterprise deals (preferred).
  • Ability to work remotely in the U.S.; Sonar does not currently support visa candidates in the U.S.
