Description

  • Draft and negotiate vendor, procurement, technology, software license, SaaS, and other commercial agreements.
  • Negotiate agreements for enterprise systems, business tools, marketing and events, facilities, professional services, and AI tools.
  • Partner with internal teams on vendor governance, policy development, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Address privacy, information security, insurance, regulatory, and data protection matters in procurement agreements.
  • Advise on contract disputes and issues arising from vendor relationships.
  • Develop and improve procurement processes, standard terms, contract templates, and playbooks for high-volume contracting.
  • Provide practical legal and strategic business advice aligned with corporate policies and business objectives.

Requirements

  • JD and at least one active state bar membership, with eligibility to practice in the candidate’s state of residence.
  • At least 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial transactions.
  • Experience supporting procurement agreements (preferred).
  • Experience supporting a high-growth infrastructure SaaS company (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to translate legal risk into practical commercial advice.
  • Flexibility to work hours that support a global enterprise.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, organization, and project-management skills.
  • Self-starter mindset, strong work ethic, and ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships.

Benefits

  • Target annual base salary of $190,000 to $225,000.
