Description

  • Drive membership sales through direct outreach to leads, hand-raisers, and new clients.
  • Prioritize high-quality, retention-driven memberships and revenue outcomes.
  • Make 75–100 direct contacts per day via text, email, and phone using lead lists and campaigns.
  • Generate new leads through referrals, networking, social selling, events, and community outreach.
  • Own assigned studio performance outcomes and support revenue health after the initial sale.
  • Build strong relationships with Field Leadership and studio operators to support local execution.
  • Support studio teams with sales education, campaign execution, and best-practice reinforcement.
  • Execute timely handoffs of qualified leads and clients to local teams.
  • Partner with Customer Experience teams to support client satisfaction and resolve concerns.
  • Identify, nurture, and close B2B relationships and partnerships toward quota.
  • Represent [solidcore] at outside events, open houses, tabling, and market events for selling and lead generation.
  • Use CRM systems to track outreach, follow-up, conversion activity, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and NSO teams to refine sales strategy and improve conversion.
  • Report performance, trends, and market insights to senior leadership on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3–5 years of direct sales experience.
  • Experience in fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Strong, polished communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience balancing independent execution with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, punctual, and reliable.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Mindbody experience preferred.
  • Full-time exempt role, 40 hours per week.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
  • Remote eligible.
