Description

  • Manage a high volume of inbound client communications across phone, live chat, email, and social media channels.
  • Handle phone inquiries professionally and efficiently, aiming for under 3-minute response times and first-call resolution when possible.
  • Monitor and respond to live chat messages while managing multiple concurrent conversations.
  • Document all client interactions thoroughly in the CX platform to support follow-up and service continuity.
  • Resolve client grievances promptly in accordance with company processes and standards.
  • Manage client membership activities, including adjustments, policy enforcement, and client education.
  • Provide real-time support for booking issues, membership questions, and studio-related inquiries.
  • Maintain an elevated, personalized client experience in every interaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience and help implement CX optimization strategies.

Requirements

  • 6-12 months of experience in a client experience or customer service role, preferably with phone and chat support.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to maintain a professional, friendly tone.
  • Strong typing skills with the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple chat conversations.
  • Proficiency with phone systems, chat platforms, and ticketing systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with a passion for delivering high-quality client service.
  • Ability to work in a quiet, professional environment with reliable high-speed internet.
  • Intercom and MindBody Online proficiency preferred.
  • Must reside within 25 miles of a [solidcore] studio in the Central or Mountain Time Zone.
  • Willingness and ability to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
  • Ability to adapt to process and policy changes, with a growth mindset.
