Description

  • Lead development and testing of system components and services, including code and design reviews.
  • Participate in shaping the technical architecture of the product.
  • Translate user stories into technical solutions.
  • Deliver highly available and scalable services in a production environment.
  • Mentor other engineers and help grow the team’s technical culture.
  • Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies.
  • Communicate and collaborate with project leads, product managers, and other software developers.
  • Contribute across the product lifecycle from ideation through deployment and ongoing improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of programming experience, ideally on a modern stack.
  • 4+ years of experience in similar technologies with understanding of relational databases and ORMs.
  • Experience working in a collaborative coding environment, including git, design refinement, testing, code reviews, and pull request management.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to drive a project from inception to completion.
  • Ability to collaborate with others, get things done, and focus on shipping impactful features.
  • Core stack familiarity with Kotlin, Spring, Elixir, and PostgreSQL is helpful but not required.
  • Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and distributed ledger technologies (nice to have).
  • Hands-on experience with digital assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, or stablecoins (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with custody, settlement, and clearing of crypto transactions, crypto regulations, DeFi, Web3, or crypto infrastructure providers such as Fireblocks, Bitgo, Zero Hash, or Anchorage (nice to have).
