Description

  • Advise leadership on the vision and strategy for the organization.
  • Break down highly complex initiatives into clear implementation approaches.
  • Lead experiments and pilots to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Manage critical escalations that may affect brand trust or other sensitive areas.
  • Drive priorities cross-functionally with autonomy and minimal supervision.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to align senior stakeholders and executive staff.
  • Upskill the function by helping peers understand trade-offs and performance expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate departmental and cross-functional risks.
  • Own unresolved or high-ambiguity problems that materially affect company operations.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of related experience, or 10+ years with a Master’s degree.
  • Demonstrated success solving unique problems with complex scope.
  • Subject matter expertise in Operational Excellence.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, set goals, and prioritize work independently.
  • Strong ability to work through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to educate and influence stakeholders on strategy and decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced professional certifications are expected at this seniority level.
  • PMP, CAPM, or SCM certification preferred.
