Description

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SoFi’s next-generation AI-infused Marketing Technology platform.
  • Lead the shift to AI-powered marketing by automating campaign creation, optimizing decisioning, and enabling real-time personalization at scale.
  • Identify when to build versus buy and shape a modern, flexible, and cost-efficient MarTech stack.
  • Build AI-driven capabilities that improve speed, efficiency, and member experience.
  • Own and drive a multi-year product roadmap from strategy through shipped products with measurable business impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align priorities, execute goals, and deliver end-to-end experiences.
  • Communicate strategy, progress, and insights to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 7–10 years of product management experience, ideally in MarTech or AdTech.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling complex, cross-functional platforms.
  • Experience leveraging AI to drive product innovation and business outcomes.
  • Ability to set strategy and execute in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
  • Data-driven decision making and strong analytical instincts.
  • Deep customer empathy and a strong advocacy for the user.
