Description

  • Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for the Fraud, Risk & ML Platform.
  • Direct the MLOps lifecycle to accelerate model build, deployment, and monitoring at enterprise scale.
  • Partner with internal product teams to identify adoption friction and remove integration pain points.
  • Align Fraud, Risk, Data Science, and Infrastructure stakeholders on onboarding for Fraud, AML, and Policy Engine use cases.
  • Define platform APIs, versioning, SLAs, and documentation to improve developer experience and reduce dependencies.
  • Establish a federated extension model for custom events, features, challenges, and actions.
  • Define and track platform success metrics such as time-to-onboard, deployment velocity, decision quality, and reliability.
  • Support adjacent fraud initiatives that bridge domain detection improvements and platform adoption.
  • Educate partner teams on platform capabilities and promote centralized infrastructure over bespoke solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience focused on platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
  • Deep technical fluency with APIs, event-driven systems, high-throughput data pipelines, ML lifecycle, and risk decisioning engines/workflows.
  • Proven experience operationalizing models in production using tools such as Snowflake, Flink/streaming, Kafka, or AWS/SageMaker.
  • Strong platform mindset with a bias toward normalized, generic, self-serve capabilities over bespoke builds.
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate complex policy, business, and technical constraints into platform requirements.
  • Ability to lead across teams and navigate the space between domain-specific fraud detection and horizontal platform utilization.
  • Direct experience with fraud detection and prevention challenges and techniques.
  • Experience with risk decisioning, rules engines, risk mitigations, and step-up challenges (nice to have).
  • Experience in FinTech or highly regulated financial environments (nice to have).
  • Background building or scaling Generative AI for task-automating agents or agentic workflows (nice to have).
  • Experience partnering with Data Science and MLEs to productionalize real-time scoring (nice to have).
