Description

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Finance leaders and align people strategies with business goals.
  • Diagnose organizational and talent challenges and develop scalable people solutions.
  • Lead execution of people initiatives that drive sustainable business outcomes.
  • Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance, team dynamics, and change management.
  • Guide large-scale change and transformation efforts in ambiguous situations.
  • Use people analytics and business data to inform decisions, identify trends and risks, and improve organizational health.
  • Provide guidance on employment practices while supporting compliance and a fair workplace.
  • Simplify and execute people programs across multiple touchpoints to support business outcomes.
  • Mentor and support other People Business Partners to strengthen their capabilities and effectiveness.
  • Partner with People Team Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners to deliver integrated programs.

Requirements

  • Progressive HR experience in dynamic environments with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Experience serving as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders.
  • Strong ability to use people analytics and business data to identify trends, assess risk, and drive organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of HR domains including compensation, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, talent management, and inclusive culture.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, adapt messaging for different audiences, and influence outcomes across the organization.
  • Ability to navigate complexity, stay adaptable and resilient, and adjust priorities based on new information.
  • Experience in a banking or tech company (nice to have).
  • Workday experience (nice to have).
