Description

  • Conduct root cause analysis on operational performance gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Propose data-backed solutions to improve cost-per-unit, agent productivity, and demand.
  • Build and refine analytical models in Google Sheets for forecasting, scenario planning, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Maintain data quality, reporting accuracy, and documentation of data definitions, methodologies, and analytical processes.
  • Collaborate with Operations Leadership, Finance partners, and team members to gather requirements and deliver analytical insights.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of core operational processes to inform analysis and recommendations.
  • Track the performance of value-capture initiatives and support the team’s analytical foundation for operational transparency.
  • Support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or an operations-focused analytical role; finance experience will also be considered.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
  • Basic understanding of statistical concepts is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to interpret data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting data to a non-technical audience.
  • Eagerness to solve complex problems and identify data-driven solutions proactively.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing or ETL concepts is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume operations environment is preferred.
