Description

  • Lead the development and execution of lifecycle strategies to acquire new SoFi Personal Loan members.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Business Unit Leadership to align marketing efforts with product and business goals.
  • Plan and launch personalized, multi-channel campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS.
  • Manage an experimentation roadmap to improve performance and optimize campaigns against KPIs.
  • Drive campaign automation and personalization using audience and performance insights and intelligence tools.
  • Report on lifecycle channel, campaign, and program performance to Marketing and Business Leadership.
  • Partner with Data Science to build reporting frameworks, track marketing performance metrics, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Direct campaign priorities with the Lifecycle Marketing Operations team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of direct-to-consumer lifecycle management experience across email, in-app, push, and SMS.
  • CMS experience, ideally with Braze.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using various testing methodologies.
  • Experience directing creative decisions for lifecycle marketing and building rigorous experimentation roadmaps.
  • Proven track record of driving lifecycle marketing strategy for acquisition and early engagement programs.
  • Comfort working at a fast pace and adapting to changing business needs.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience presenting channel strategy and campaign results to cross-functional partners and executive leadership.
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Previous tech or fintech industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with Tableau, Amplitude, and AI-led experimentation and optimization preferred.
