Description

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an agentic-first real estate platform.
  • Build products from 0 to 1 and then scale them from launch to broader adoption.
  • Define the initial product wedge, ship quickly, learn from users, and expand the product.
  • Recruit, lead, and grow the product, design, and product-engineering teams and culture.
  • Work hands-on with frontier models, agent frameworks, and emerging tooling to push the technology forward.
  • Run bold experiments and make calculated product bets under uncertainty.
  • Partner with engineering, design, GTM, and leadership to align the company around product strategy.
  • Talk continuously with agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, and investors to translate real estate workflows into product decisions.
  • Set product direction while also contributing to details such as prototypes, specs, prompts, data, and metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and shipping products used by real people, ideally including 0-to-1 work.
  • Experience defining problems and solutions in new product areas rather than only optimizing existing ones.
  • Fluency with LLMs, agents, or applied AI in production, or the ability to lead a team doing that work.
  • Comfort making bold, calculated decisions under uncertainty and learning from smart failures.
  • Ability to set strategy while staying hands-on with prototypes, specs, prompts, data, and metrics.
  • Experience inspiring and recruiting high-performing talent and raising team standards.
  • High-velocity working style with clear communication and strong focus on impact over process.
  • Bonus: experience in fintech, marketplaces, agentic applications, or AI research and R&D.
  • Bonus: founder or early-stage operator experience.
  • Bonus: technical background or ability to debate agent architecture directly with engineers.
  • Bonus: portfolio of products, prototypes, or experiments that can be reviewed.
