Description

  • Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen.
  • Conduct regular account audits and strategic reviews to improve performance.
  • Create testing roadmaps and structured experiments across campaigns, audiences, creative assets, and landing pages.
  • Identify opportunities to improve account structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Use platform data, attribution insights, and commercial performance indicators to optimise campaign performance.
  • Analyse data from Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, and attribution platforms to inform decision-making.
  • Produce actionable insights and recommendations that shape client growth strategy.
  • Maintain accurate tracking, attribution, reporting, and account organisation standards.
  • Collaborate with Growth Strategists, Creative Strategists, and founders on acquisition strategy.
  • Contribute to process development and operational improvements as the agency scales.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands.
  • Proven track record managing six- and seven-figure annual advertising budgets.
  • Strong expertise across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • Experience working within a performance marketing agency or a high-growth DTC brand.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics including CAC, MER, NC-ROAS, LTV, and AOV.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Triple Whale, Northbeam, and GA4.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance campaign management and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns is preferred.
