Description

  • Own the growth strategy for a portfolio of six D2C e-commerce clients and drive new customer revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain 12-month growth roadmaps aligned to creative, performance, and commercial goals.
  • Use data from Meta Ads Manager, Triple Whale, and Shopify to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and guide decisions.
  • Set and track data-backed KPIs across NC-ROAS, CAC, and eROAS.
  • Lead strategy reviews and adapt recommendations based on performance data.
  • Partner with Creative Strategists and content teams to shape briefs that improve performance creative.
  • Review creative output through a performance lens and provide clear, actionable feedback.
  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for clients, including strategy calls, performance reviews, and proactive communication.
  • Identify upsell and cross-service opportunities and escalate them to the Pod Leader.
  • Work closely with Media Buyers to align campaign execution with strategic direction and share insights across the wider team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid social, growth strategy, or performance marketing for DTC brands in agency or in-house e-commerce environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and how to interpret campaign performance.
  • Comfortable using Triple Whale, Shopify, and Meta Ads Manager to inform decisions.
  • Experience shaping or contributing to creative strategy and understanding what makes an ad perform.
  • Clear communicator who can run confident client calls and translate complex data into simple recommendations.
  • Organised and accountable, with the ability to manage a portfolio of six accounts.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to move fast, test ideas, and learn from mistakes.
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
  • Preferred: experience in e-commerce growth for brands scaling from 7 figures to 8 figures.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Meta performance, performance creative, and broader D2C growth strategy.

  • Salary of £45,000–£50,000 DOE.
