Description

  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of high-quality UGC creators across multiple client accounts.
  • Launch creator casting calls and source creators through social media and other sourcing platforms.
  • Identify creators that align with each client’s brand, audience, and campaign objectives.
  • Vet creators based on content quality, performance, audience fit, and brand suitability.
  • Coordinate creator onboarding and serve as the main point of contact for creator communications.
  • Maintain a curated creator network and ensure creators are contractually bound and compliant before assignments.
  • Use tools such as TikTok Creator Marketplace, Insense, X, and Meta Creator Marketplace for outreach and sourcing.
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks, campaign coordination, and creator operations.
  • Continuously improve creator sourcing processes and expand the quality and scale of the creator network.
  • Represent the agency professionally in all creator-facing interactions and build strong internal and external relationships.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, affiliate marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Meta and TikTok, and of creator culture.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Genuine interest in eCommerce, content creation, and creator marketing.
  • Empathy and the ability to understand creator and client needs.
  • Creative and critical thinking to spot talent and evaluate campaign fit.
  • Experience using TikTok Creator Marketplace and Meta Creator Marketplace.
  • Experience sourcing UGC creators or influencers.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided across creator sourcing processes, internal systems, and the creator ecosystem.

  • Fee of $2,000–$2,500 USD.
