Description

  • Find US-focused short-form video creators on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using keywords and hashtags.
  • Evaluate creators for content quality, brand safety, platform compliance, and content volume.
  • Pass qualified creator profiles to the Licensing Specialist.
  • Perform content QA by editing headlines, correcting typos, selecting thumbnails, and maintaining a balanced CMS content mix.
  • Coordinate occasional administrative tasks, including conference vendors and merchandise.
  • Assist with quarterly creator performance reports.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of social media, effective search techniques, and quality content evaluation.
  • Strong reading and comprehension skills for reviewing headlines and content appropriateness.
  • Strong written communication skills for editing headlines and descriptions.
  • Proficient verbal communication skills for team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • USB noise-canceling headset and working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Availability for full-time, 40-hour-per-week work during UK hours.
