  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers while training Product, Engineering, and Operations on project management discipline and Stage-Gate rigor.
  • Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts to identify information gaps and eliminate delivery bottlenecks, improving predictability, speed, and quality of delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience, including significant experience in Directive or Enterprise PMO (EPMO) environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading innovation pipelines and implementing Stage-Gate processes across portfolios.
  • Proven experience operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with shifting priorities.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making without direct authority.
  • Strong ability to translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable insights and executive narratives.
  • Experience building or scaling PMO functions and improving organizational project delivery capability.
  • Expertise with project management tools and portfolio tracking software (examples referenced: Smartsheet, Jira, Atlas).
  • Lean / Continuous Improvement experience (preferred).
  • Experience with asynchronous reporting models to reduce meeting overhead (preferred).
  • Familiarity with healthcare-specific OKRs and operational excellence (OpEx) practices (preferred).

Benefits

  • Discretionary paid time off plus paid company holidays.
  • Paid parental leave benefits.
