Description

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the People Transformation Roadmap and ensure milestones from Q1 to Q4 are delivered on time and with impact.
  • Integrate the entire employee lifecycle (Recruitment, Operations, Business Partnering, and Development) into a seamless, systematized global process that scales with the business.
  • Facilitate workshops to map current “As-Is” processes, identify bottlenecks, and design “To-Be” workflows prioritizing automation and data integrity.
  • Lead weekly transformation meetings with Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and Operations leads to unblock dependencies and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Develop and execute communications, training, and behavioural nudges to drive manager and employee adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Implement governance frameworks to prevent data silos and ensure HR systems interoperate with minimal manual intervention.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs, measure ROI, and provide regular progress updates to the Chief People Officer and senior leadership.
  • Manage change adoption and resistance, celebrating small wins and maintaining momentum during transformation.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Management Consulting, People Operations, or Business Transformation.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale HR or people transformations across multiple regions, ideally including Nigeria and the UK.
  • Experience working in high-growth fintechs or global tech companies and navigating the “chaos phase” of rapid scaling.
  • Expertise in process redesign, including mapping As-Is and designing To-Be workflows with a focus on automation and data integrity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to guide C-suite leaders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience defining KPIs, tracking ROI, and reporting progress to senior leadership (e.g., CPO).
  • Comfort working with messy data and legacy systems and implementing governance to reduce manual interventions.
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus.
