Description

  • Own the end-to-end People Transformation Roadmap and deliver milestones from Q1 to Q4 on time and with impact.
  • Facilitate workshops to assess current-state people processes, identify bottlenecks, and design future-state workflows focused on automation and data integrity.
  • Lead weekly transformation meetings with Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and Operations leaders to align stakeholders and unblock dependencies.
  • Create communications, training, and adoption nudges that help managers and employees embrace new ways of working.
  • Implement governance frameworks that prevent data silos and improve system interoperability across people processes.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for transformation initiatives and provide regular progress updates to the Chief People Officer.
  • Integrate the employee lifecycle across Recruitment, Operations, Business Partnering, and Development into a seamless operating model.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Management Consulting, People Operations, or Business Transformation.
  • Experience leading large-scale HR transformations across multiple regions, ideally Nigeria and the UK.
  • Strong process redesign expertise.
  • Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
  • Experience in a high-growth fintech or global tech company is preferred.
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics in a clear, value-driven way.
  • Experience managing resistance and driving change adoption is important.
