Description

  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to build highly available cloud environments for internal and external infrastructure projects.
  • Provide Level 3 technical support to internal teams, customers, and partners for the core product.
  • Lead clients through cloud deployment patterns and serve as a subject matter expert for infrastructure implementation.
  • Investigate and resolve customer integration issues during implementation.
  • Design troubleshooting and maintenance procedures for systems.
  • Perform root cause analysis for implementation errors and share feedback with the core development team.
  • Document best practices and lessons learned.
  • Design, implement, and maintain a secure, scalable infrastructure platform.
  • Maintain internal tools and improve system health and reliability.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for application and infrastructure support, incident management, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in information technology with infrastructure and platform services automation expertise.
  • 3+ years of experience engineering and supporting containerization technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP.
  • Professional cloud certifications are preferred.
  • Experience building end-to-end cloud solutions using low-level architecture documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into new infrastructure to meet business needs.
  • Experience with troubleshooting support escalations, on-call process optimization, and knowledge documentation.
  • Solid networking fundamentals and experience with security and compliance best practices, including SOC2, HIPAA, and ISO27001.
  • Experience with Kubernetes/Openshift and Docker.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud service providers and best practices for implementation and configuration, preferably in customer environments.
