Description

  • Provide L3 technical support and develop a strong understanding of the product and its features.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve complex customer issues and bugs.
  • Join daily customer service meetings to address urgent issues and support problem-solving.
  • Help meet KPIs and SLAs by contributing to faster bug fixes and improved support delivery.
  • Work with account managers to resolve account setup issues and customer-specific technical needs.
  • Answer customer questions accurately by staying up to date on the product.
  • Use customer feedback to suggest product improvements and enhance the customer experience.
  • Document troubleshooting knowledge and bug-resolution insights to support ongoing product updates.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English; French is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
  • Experience with web development, data management, and debugging.
  • Solid understanding of technical troubleshooting, especially in L2 and L3 support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to process automation and software improvement.
