Description

  • Provide advanced L2 technical support to end-users and build strong product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with developers to investigate and resolve complex L3 issues.
  • Participate in daily customer service meetings to address urgent issues and coordinate problem solving.
  • Support KPIs and SLAs by helping speed up bug fixes and improve service quality.
  • Work with account managers on account setups and customer-specific technical solutions.
  • Answer customer questions accurately by staying up to date on the product and its features.
  • Use customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
  • Document special customer setups to support bug resolution and future product updates.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English; French is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
  • Experience with web development, data management, and debugging is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of technical troubleshooting, especially in L2 and L3 support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to process automation and software improvement.
