Description

  • Monitor and triage incoming post-launch support tickets, then categorize, prioritize, and route them within SLA windows.
  • Verify that Marketing Specialists have collected all required client information before tickets are assigned to developers.
  • Set and communicate timelines, next steps, and task ownership across internal stakeholders.
  • Follow up with developers and Marketing Specialists to confirm completion of work and client satisfaction.
  • Perform minor QA checks on deliverables before client-facing milestones.
  • Assist with offboarding procedures and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records in project management and client portal systems.
  • Provide backup support for onboarding and website teams as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to SOP feedback and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as HubSpot, Asana, or similar.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to follow and improve detailed SOPs.
  • Reliable, responsive, and highly organized with strong follow-through.
  • Experience in digital marketing, agency environments, or client-facing roles preferred.
  • Basic WordPress knowledge is a plus.
  • Comfort working within defined processes and escalating appropriately when needed.
