Description

  • Organize and maintain creative assets across team projects, including file naming, versioning, and accessibility.
  • Build, launch, and manage content plans in Asana, keeping timelines accurate and priorities aligned.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on deliverables before client submission for accuracy, brand consistency, and completeness.
  • Support pod organization through scheduling, capacity tracking, and cross-functional communication.
  • Stage and manage images in Figma for review, presentation, or handoff.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to improve team efficiency.
  • Serve as a central coordination point between creative, strategy, and client-facing teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, content coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience organizing and maintaining digital assets and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to review deliverables against brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment with distributed teams.
  • Hands-on experience using Asana for project and content management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Figma for asset staging, review, or creative collaboration is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a content, marketing, creative, or agency environment is preferred.
  • Experience supporting creative production teams and content workflows is preferred.
  • Understanding of content creation, digital marketing, or creative operations processes is preferred.
