Description

  • Own the full recruiting cycle from opening a role through verbal offer.
  • Manage hiring for 5-10 internal roles at the same time.
  • Partner with executive leaders and hiring managers to review open positions and launch them.
  • Review applications and schedule initial screen interviews based on resume qualifications.
  • Source and contact qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Conduct 30-minute Zoom screening interviews to assess candidates for next-round consideration.
  • Write thorough and accurate candidate evaluations after interviews.
  • Coordinate fast interview turnaround times and maintain a strong candidate experience.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates, executive leaders, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Deliver verbal offers and provide feedback to candidates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking ability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly adaptable and able to follow process.
  • Quick learner who can think on their feet.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience recruiting for sales roles preferred.
  • High emotional intelligence and comfort speaking with executives and candidates from diverse backgrounds.
