Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and intermediary for bookkeeping clients and the accounting partner.
  • Manage onboarding and setup for new bookkeeping clients and ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Communicate with clients, answer questions, and quickly find answers when needed.
  • Develop and maintain a quality assurance process to ensure clients receive accurate books.
  • Assist with selling the bookkeeping service as needed.
  • Handle client matters and support issue resolution.
  • Attend events to represent the bookkeeping service to clients.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience with a professional services firm.
  • At least 20 concurrent accounts managed at once.
  • Strong dedication to client experience for both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to learn new technology and bookkeeping systems quickly; experience with multiple systems is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to spot errors in complex information.
  • Experience with IOLTA and lawyer trust accounting is a huge plus.
  • Legal bookkeeping experience is a strong plus.
