Description

  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual software and services sales quotas.
  • Forecast accurately, manage the pipeline, and achieve performance metrics.
  • Lead account strategy and multi-year account development for strategic accounts.
  • Create and maintain actionable account plans.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional experts and external partners.
  • Drive a high-value customer experience and positive outcomes throughout the customer journey.
  • Sell to Line of Business, functional areas, and IT stakeholders.
  • Execute both transactional land-and-expand motions and value-based solution selling motions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VP-level and C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Use MEDDICC, data, and PLG signals to shape sales strategy and decisions.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise or Global 2000 accounts.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • At least 3+ years of tenure in previous roles, showing loyalty and growth trajectory.
  • Experience prospecting, building demand, and hunting in a defined territory.
  • Strong experience in team-based strategic account planning, development, and execution.
  • Experience with a value-selling methodology such as Force Management, Sandler, Value Selling Framework, or similar.
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage VP+ and C-suite leaders.
  • Willingness to travel 30%–50% for face-to-face customer engagement.
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and mental agility.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
