Description

  • Architect, build, and iterate on the Workflow Builder front-end to deliver a performant, accessible drag-and-drop editing experience.
  • Drive component design, layout systems, and interaction patterns that scale across the enterprise customer base.
  • Maintain a high standard of visual quality, pixel precision, and UX polish throughout development.
  • Build production-grade features in React using modern patterns such as hooks, context, concurrent rendering, and Suspense.
  • Integrate and extend UI component libraries to create a consistent and reusable product interface.
  • Develop scalable back-end services and APIs with a security-first mindset in a multi-cloud environment, primarily AWS.
  • Create, maintain, and test API integrations between internal and external systems, and monitor their performance.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews, advocating for front-end best practices, accessibility, and performance.
  • Define and uphold front-end coding standards, patterns, and automated testing strategies across the pillar.
  • Write unit, integration, and visual regression tests, and monitor performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Partner with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into accessible UI components.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to technical roadmap planning and effort estimation.
  • Champion AI-assisted development tools and help build AI-powered features for Workflow Builder.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional front-end software engineering experience with a strong focus on UI/UX-facing product work.
  • Proficiency in React 17+ or React 18+, including hooks, context API, concurrent features, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with at least one major programming language such as Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python, with a history of building scalable and secure applications.
  • Deep experience with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, including CSS custom properties, CSS Modules, Grid, and Flexbox.
  • Hands-on experience integrating and customizing UI component libraries such as MUI, Radix UI, Shadcn/ui, or similar, and/or contributing to an internal design system.
  • Strong understanding of state management patterns such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Jotai, or React Query.
  • Experience building accessible UIs that meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
  • Proven track record of optimizing front-end performance, including code splitting, virtual scrolling, memoization tuning, bundle analysis, and memory profiling.
  • Experience with modern front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or Storybook visual regression.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across design, product, and engineering stakeholders.
  • 1+ year of professional experience leveraging AI-based workflows to author, review, and maintain code.
  • 1+ year of experience building AI-augmented product features using generative AI or agentic workflows to solve customer problems.
  • Legally eligible to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience with MCP UI tooling or Model Context Protocol integrations in front-end workflows is preferred.
  • Familiarity with canvas/SVG rendering libraries such as Fabric.js, Konva, React Flow, or custom WebGL/Canvas 2D is preferred.
  • Exposure to micro-frontend architectures and module federation in large-scale React applications is preferred.
  • Background in drag-and-drop UI frameworks such as dnd-kit, react-beautiful-dnd, or interact.js is preferred.
  • Advanced front-end certifications or relevant open-source contributions are preferred.
