Description

  • Define and execute a workforce transformation strategy for an AI-enabled future across role redesign, capability building, and organizational readiness.
  • Build forward-looking workforce planning models with Finance, People & Culture, and business leaders covering headcount, skills, cost structure, and organizational ratios.
  • Translate product roadmap milestones into workforce planning and organizational decisions.
  • Work with People & Culture and functional leaders to shape job architecture and responsibilities as the product evolves.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and IT to translate technical roadmaps into workforce opportunities.
  • Design and support a sustainable global talent model and geographic staffing strategy.
  • Lead change management communications and stakeholder engagement to help employees adopt AI-enabled operating models.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on transformation progress, workforce metrics, risks, and opportunities.
  • Establish reporting frameworks that demonstrate measurable impact to senior leadership and the Board.
  • Advise C-suite leaders on workforce strategy, organizational change, and AI-driven operating model adoption.

Requirements

  • 12-15+ years of experience in management consulting, organizational transformation, or workforce strategy.
  • Significant experience at a top-tier consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of AI and its implications for organizational design, workforce planning, and job architecture.
  • Experience leading large-scale organizational or workforce transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, change communications, and executive reporting.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to build workforce models and partner with Finance.
  • Ability to frame workforce decisions in terms of cost, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Outstanding communication and executive presence for senior-level audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a PE-backed or sponsor-backed environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with global talent models, geographic staffing strategy, and COE structures (preferred).
  • Background in AI enablement, digital transformation, or future-of-work strategy (preferred).
  • Prior experience in SaaS or enterprise software companies undergoing business model or go-to-market transitions (preferred).

  • US base salary range of $285,000 to $315,000.
