Description

  • Maintain the NetSuite application and related third-party business applications for internal users.
  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, third-party tools, and new NetSuite modules.
  • Support end-user requests for saved searches, reports, KPIs, dashboards, and access management.
  • Serve as the NetSuite subject matter expert, providing training, communication, and updates to end users.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, scripts, workflows, and business processes.
  • Partner with users and stakeholders on data analysis, process mapping, reporting needs, continuous improvement, and change management.
  • Provide timely communication regarding system status and incidents.
  • Troubleshoot system errors and drive issue resolution.
  • Maintain current knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integrations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP administration, configuration, and third-party integrations in complex environments, specifically with NetSuite.
  • Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • In-depth knowledge of SuiteScript, Web Services, CSV imports, user provisioning, role definition, analytics, and scheduled scripts.
  • Experience with project management, system implementation, and system integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
  • Strong understanding of the Agile process.
  • Ability to remain professional and flexible under pressure.
