Description

  • Gain a deep understanding of SmarterDx users and buyers, with a focus on charge capture.
  • Engage with customers to understand workflow needs, gather feedback, and identify product improvement opportunities.
  • Define, track, and report key success metrics to measure product performance and adoption.
  • Own the product development lifecycle for new features from planning through execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers through product delivery.
  • Work with technology teams to form and test hypotheses for improving user workflows and experiences.
  • Collaborate across engineering, data engineering, and data science to solve user and business problems.
  • Own day-to-day decision-making for the team to unblock technical contributors.
  • Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap for the core offering.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience.
  • 2-3+ years of experience working in healthtech, ideally in revenue cycle management (RCM).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and UX teams to drive product success.
  • Experience managing external and internal stakeholders, including clients, Customer Success, and Implementations teams.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare data standards such as HL7 and X12 is preferred.
  • Experience working at an early-stage company or in a similarly fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Fully remote within the U.S.

Benefits

  • $185K-$200K base salary.
