Description

  • Lead product discovery to validate product-market fit using user research, usage data, and input from Sales and Customer Success.
  • Conduct UX and market research to inform product decisions.
  • Define product metrics and use them to monitor success and guide decisions.
  • Generate, prioritize, and test product hypotheses.
  • Prioritize customer needs and pain points when shaping product direction.
  • Define and implement product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap for short-term and long-term goals.
  • Work with engineering teams to define problems and support solution design, delivery, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with analysts, technical writers, developer advocates, marketing, and growth teams.
  • Work with authors of third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools, and explore partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • Technical education or experience in software development.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B solutions.
  • Deep understanding of product metrics.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and modern software development practices.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and drive execution across multiple teams.
  • Experience working with technical products and engineering-heavy teams.
  • Track record of customer-centric thinking and translating user problems into product opportunities.
  • Proficient in English with strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work through both the discovery and delivery phases of product development.
  • Professional coding experience in C# is preferred.
  • Background in developer tooling such as IDEs, code analysis, CI/CD, or version control is preferred.
  • Familiarity with major software development platforms such as IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio, or VS Code is preferred.
