Description

  • Create data-driven narratives that highlight client performance, uncover optimization opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Synthesize complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Independently scope, execute, and iterate on exploratory analyses using advanced SQL and analytical tools to answer ambiguous business questions.
  • Build strong working relationships with Customer Support, clients, and executive-level stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams, translating complex findings into clear communication that informs roadmaps and product strategy.
  • Lead data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure analytical rigor and data integrity.
  • Own high-impact client analytics that inform client strategy, revenue optimization, and product adoption.
  • Partner cross-functionally to strengthen customer trust and improve business performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of inpatient mid-revenue cycle processes and data.
  • Advanced SQL fluency with the ability to write, optimize, and scale complex queries.
  • Strong BI and data storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience leading data validation and quality assurance efforts.
  • Ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and prioritize critical work.
  • Executive communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Hex and Omni, Snowflake SQL, dbt, Airflow, Git, and AWS is preferred.

  • $130,000 to $150,000 annual compensation.
