Description

  • Lead implementation projects from deal close through go-live for healthcare clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional internal teams and client stakeholders to align solutions with end-user workflows.
  • Gather and analyze data requirements and operational workflows from both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Take ownership of technical implementation components such as SSO, sFTP, and allowlisting.
  • Review data specifications, analyze files, and validate data accuracy before implementation.
  • Apply implementation best practices to ensure clean, reliable data and a smooth launch.
  • Manage complex implementation timelines and drive projects to completion.
  • Communicate effectively with Directors of CDI, data engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements and resolve issues proactively in ambiguous or changing situations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare-related field.
  • Expertise in RCM software or EHR systems, preferably with certifications in Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
  • Deep knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including CDI, coding, or charge revenue reconciliation.
  • Background in healthcare consulting and/or software deployment in a healthcare environment.
  • Proven experience as an Implementation Lead or in a similar healthcare revenue cycle role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex implementations on defined timelines.
  • Data analysis experience and working knowledge of SQL.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, professionalism, integrity, and client-service skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, scrappy mindset, with the ability to work autonomously through ambiguity.
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification is preferred.
  • Experience leading implementations for a new product is preferred.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency is preferred.
  • EHR integration experience with HL7v2 or FHIR is preferred.
  • Ability to work fully remote within the U.S.
