Description

  • Help hospitals and health systems understand how AI-powered CDI can improve documentation, increase revenue, and support quality care.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to refine documentation workflows and help clients maximize their CDI programs.
  • Design, implement, and refine educational materials, guidelines, and curricula for CDI specialists.
  • Ensure CDI specialists can accurately review AI-driven query recommendations and maintain compliance standards.
  • Communicate directly with client CDI leaders to build trust and address concerns.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of inpatient clinical documentation best practices.
  • Support sales and customer success efforts by explaining the platform’s value to prospective clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to users so they can understand and maximize the platform’s benefits.

Requirements

  • MD, RN, or another relevant clinical credential.
  • Deep familiarity with ICD-10, HCC coding, Medicare guidelines, and payer documentation requirements.
  • Proven ability to engage with prospects and clients.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into business impact.
  • Ability to distill complex CDI topics into clear messaging for both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
  • Excitement about the role AI can play in transforming CDI and revenue cycle management.
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical documentation improvement leadership, hospital CDI, HIM, and/or RCM programs (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret healthcare data and trends (preferred).
  • Fully remote within the U.S.

  • Base salary of $125,000 to $150,000.
