Description

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for analyst experience, workflow infrastructure, and extensibility surfaces.
  • Translate AI and ML capabilities into compliant, auditable analyst workflows that regulators can review.
  • Define and own the product extensibility strategy, including APIs, integrations, and developer-facing surfaces.
  • Own the end-to-end analyst experience from alert surfacing through resolution, including explainability, reason codes, and audit trails.
  • Drive UX investment and partner closely with Design to deliver meaningful product capability.
  • Establish the commercial packaging model for extensibility capabilities, including subscription, usage-based, and premium pricing decisions.
  • Partner with Engineering, AI/ML Product, Data Science, Professional Services, and Customer Experience to prioritize and deliver product work.
  • Provide complete product specifications and maintain release readiness, capacity planning, and operational discipline.
  • Lead and develop a small team of product managers as a player-coach, setting standards through direct contribution.
  • Own the team’s operating cadence, including sprint reviews, prioritization forums, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping products at enterprise scale.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Experience as a player-coach, managing PMs while still owning product work directly.
  • Demonstrated UX product ownership for analyst or end-user workflows, not just feature requirements.
  • Demonstrated API product experience defining and owning developer-facing API surfaces or extensibility layers as product decisions.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS products in regulated industries.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to write both product specs and executive strategy documents.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data Science as peers.
  • Preferred experience in financial services, compliance, legal technology, or another domain requiring AI explainability and auditability.
  • Preferred experience commercializing AI or ML capabilities, including translating model performance into pricing and packaging decisions.
  • Preferred experience owning products with both a UI surface and a developer-facing surface.
  • Preferred experience in a PE-backed or exit-horizon company balancing near-term financial metrics with long-term platform value.
