Description

  • Own acquisition product strategy across operator and single-owner segments, including funnel design and conversion optimization.
  • Define segment-specific ICPs, conversion levers, and product experiences that move users from interest to activation.
  • Design and run growth experiments end to end, including hypothesis creation, scoping, measurement, and iteration.
  • Lead customer discovery across portfolio operators and first-time hosts, and turn insights into a product roadmap.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market execution and own the product side of campaigns.
  • Define, track, and report on acquisition and activation KPIs using dashboards and cohort analysis.
  • Bring a technical perspective to initiatives by writing specs, evaluating architecture tradeoffs, and working closely with Engineering.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to build, launch, and iterate on product features that improve conversion and activation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful experience in acquisition, growth, or PLG roles.
  • Experience owning funnel metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, activation rate, or similar performance indicators.
  • Experience running controlled experiments and holdout groups to inform product decisions.
  • Comfort writing SQL, reading API documentation, and working at the spec level with engineers.
  • Full-cycle product management experience across discovery, research, spec, build, launch, and iteration.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, marketplaces, multi-sided platforms, or consumer subscription products.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
  • AI-fluent and actively using tools such as Claude or Cursor in the workflow.
  • Familiarity with basic CRM, CMS, and no-code tools for lightweight content or page changes.
  • Experience working with portfolio-based customers or a mix of self-serve and sales-assisted funnels is a plus.

  • Annual base salary of $170,000 to $190,000 depending on relevant experience.
