Description

Own functional architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing), and Experience Cloud as applicable.
Design scalable, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and global CRM transformation goals.
Serve as functional lead for Revenue, Finance, and Enterprise Applications, and own CRM and Revenue Cloud roadmap prioritization.
Oversee system integrators and managed service providers supporting the Salesforce platform.
Mentor Salesforce admins, business analysts, and developers on architecture and governance practices.
Define and enforce a Flow-first automation strategy, including when to use Flow, Apex, or configuration.
Establish automation patterns, naming conventions, guardrails, and reuse standards to prevent logic duplication and Flow sprawl.
Own core data models for objects such as Sales, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, and Contracts.
Review and approve designs for complex initiatives and act as the escalation point for architectural trade-offs.
Ensure schema changes support scalability, reporting integrity, and clean integrations.

Requirements

10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with progression into architecture-level ownership.
Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud data models and automation design.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions.
Experience with Agentforce and/or Einstein.
Experience working with sales, revenue, finance, and product management stakeholders, preferably in a SaaS subscription environment.
Advanced proficiency in Flow, including record-triggered flows, scheduled flows, subflows, and orchestration.
Proven experience designing scalable, layered automation architectures that are modular, reusable, and bulk-safe.
Strong data modeling skills with understanding of long-term reporting and integration implications.
Experience preventing and resolving automation conflicts such as recursion, order of execution issues, and duplication.
Clear judgment on declarative versus Apex trade-offs and comfort partnering with technical engineering leads.
Experience supporting large user bases, high-volume environments, and complex permission management requirements.
Ability to translate ambiguous business processes into durable system behavior.
Experience establishing governance standards such as naming conventions, documentation, and release discipline.
Relevant Salesforce certification(s) preferred, with the ability to explain how they support success in the role.

Base salary range of $127,539 to $170,805 per year.
