Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer operations and challenges by engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery sessions and needs assessments to identify operational pain points and solution opportunities.
  • Consult with customers on robotic solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate solution implementation with project management to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and provide ongoing project and performance updates.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value.
  • Collaborate with engineering to relay customer feedback and new requirements for product improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform account strategy and offerings.
  • Prepare reports and presentations that demonstrate customer value using KPIs and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the technology or robotics sector preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in a solutions-oriented sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and achieve growth targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites 30-50% of the time.
  • Flexibility to accommodate customer meetings and project timelines.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is recommended.
