Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, including salaries, benefits, bonuses, deductions, and tax computations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory filings such as CPF contributions, Annual Income Tax Returns, IR21 Tax Clearance, and S45 Withholding Tax.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding payroll needs and delivering responsive service.
  • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues, escalating complex matters when needed.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date payroll records in line with legal and company standards.
  • Stay current on Singapore labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements to ensure full compliance.
  • Handle sensitive payroll and financial data with strict confidentiality, integrity, and data protection standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and other departments to support smooth payroll operations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of payroll processing experience, ideally in an outsourced environment.
  • Based in the Philippines or India.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of payroll processing experience; experience in an outsourced, fast-paced, technology-driven environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with payroll software such as Talenox, Employment Hero, or Xero Payroll.
  • Knowledge of Singapore labour regulations and payroll processes.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
