Description

  • Act as the internal champion for onboarding and ensure a smooth start to the client journey.
  • Manage onboarding, billing, and account management processes for customers.
  • Collaborate with customer success, sales, product, and operations teams to improve the client experience.
  • Set clear expectations with clients and internal stakeholders during the onboarding process.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues quickly to reduce downtime.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and prevent future incidents.
  • Handle multiple complex workstreams from numerous stakeholders with strong attention to detail.
  • Navigate difficult conversations with clients and colleagues in a constructive way.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients with a technical service or product in between.
  • Most likely located in the Philippines.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment such as SaaS or fast-scaling SMEs is a plus.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to tackle issues head-on.
  • A pragmatic approach focused on delivering impact efficiently.
  • Proven ownership and accountability in recent roles.
  • Demonstrated humility, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn.
  • Strong structured thinking, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset.
  • Ability to have tough conversations positively and build trust.
  • Strong infrastructure and development skills for post-incident analysis is beneficial.
