Description

  • Own the complete post-sales lifecycle for key and strategic clients, from implementation through optimization, growth, and renewal.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, including their strategy, clients, services, team, technology, goals, and challenges.
  • Partner with Account Executives to lead quarterly business reviews focused on business priorities, optimization opportunities, roadmap alignment, and adoption insights.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the client across Product Management, Product Marketing, Support, Renewals, Services, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Diagnose client business operations and recommend appropriate solutions and services to improve satisfaction and referenceability.
  • Drive change management and promote standard methodologies and effective platform utilization across client accounts.
  • Support handoff of knowledge and responsibilities across internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, R&D, Finance, and Legal, to support GTM objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and C-level executives to support client success.
  • Maintain strong understanding of Addepar technology and communicate its value to partner communities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role, or 5+ years plus an MBA.
  • Proven track record working with strategic client segments.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Data-driven and metrics-oriented approach to client management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Assertiveness, candor, and a company-first mentality.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, R&D, Finance, and Legal.
  • Experience working regularly with senior leaders and C-level executives.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and able to start on the first day of employment.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $69,000-$107,000.
