Description

  • Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems.
  • Review information for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness.
  • Resolve or escalate data discrepancies as needed.
  • Manage multiple administrative tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database or CRM systems to support daily work.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high accuracy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
  • Excellent typing skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM or database systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in travel, accessibility, or customer service is a plus.
