Description

  • Coordinate onsite facility maintenance operations and PACE center building activities.
  • Inspect building structures to identify repair and renovation needs.
  • Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for existing and ongoing sites.
  • Coordinate facility-related vendors.
  • Manage equipment upkeep and facility supplies to meet health and safety requirements.
  • Participate in required training, continuing education, and staff meetings.
  • Maintain professional affiliations and required certifications.
  • Follow safety, infection control, PPE, and applicable vaccination protocols.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of facility maintenance experience, preferably in a geriatric care setting.
  • Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
  • Proficiency with repair tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work in healthcare, administrative, community, or remote environments as needed.
  • Ability to travel between work sites or community locations.
  • Ability to remain stationary or move for extended periods and perform bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull supplies and equipment typically weighing 25–50 pounds, using assistance or mechanical aids as needed.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with participants, caregivers, team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and contribute to continuous improvement.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $65,000–$86,000 annually.
  • Target annual bonus of 10%, with potential additional incentive compensation.
