Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm issues are fully resolved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and operations.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to products or services.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.
  • Meet customer satisfaction and service performance targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or customer support roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Salesforce Service Cloud (preferred).
  • Multilingual communication skills (preferred).
  • Experience in call center or online customer service environments (preferred).
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements (preferred).
